(TSX-V: GFP, the “Corporation”) announced today that it has added experienced personnel to management and operations. Gale Force Petroleum will be the Operator of the recently acquired Kentucky Shale Gas Property, and has assembled a team of industry experts in unconventional gas exploration and development.

To manage field operations, the Corporation has contracted ColMac Inc., led by Orville Cole.  Mr. Cole will be General Manager, Field Operations. He has successfully managed the development of two junior oil and gas companies and has over 20 years experience managing completions with Halliburton Energy Services.

Recently, Mr. Cole has overseen the successful completion of a number of shale gas wells in New York State and in the St-Lawrence basin of Quebec.  Mr. Cole’s team at ColMac includes skilled operators, geologists and field engineers, who in combination have over 75 years experience successfully operating and developing conventional and unconventional oil and gas fields. ColMac has been provided with incentives based on production and payout on capital investment.

The Corporation has also issued options to purchase 100,000 common shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.50, which expire on July 22, 2013. The issuance of the options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
